We recently had the chance to interview Prof. John Walton, an Old Testament scholar from Wheaton College.

Reading Genesis opens up a lot of questions, and a common one is how to understand the account of creation in Genesis Chapter One.

In this video clip, I ask Prof. Walton to help us understand this important section of the Book of Genesis. We are given a wonderful explanation of how important it is that God ‘rested’ on the seventh day of the creation narrative.

‘Book of Genesis’ will be available soon!

In the meantime, check out our complete library of individual and small group courses at ntwrightonline.org/courses.
